Strategic Plan

• Communicating the association’s mission and objectives to members of the community.

• Strengthening internal organizational processes within the association by developing internal bylaws and automating operational procedures to enable quick access to required reports when needed.

• Enhancing the association’s resources through cash and in-kind donations to support humanitarian projects and assist as many beneficiaries as possible, including the needy, students, widows, and the poor.

• Securing sustainable financial support to continue providing monthly financial grants to students and supporting them in their educational progress, in addition to continuing monthly assistance programs for widows and orphans.

• Supporting vulnerable and sick individuals in accessing medical treatment, including prescriptions and laboratory tests, while helping achieve stability for the most impoverished families in the community and addressing their essential needs.
